Before the day:-

I will arrange to have a meeting with you so that all the information is gathered, listed, recorded and saved. I am available to give help and advice to include procedures, table plans, bouquets, presents, who says what and when.

I will liaise with hoteliers/caterers and follow your pre-approved and agreed arrangements, specific to you.

On the day

• I will co-ordinate the day
  
  
• I will arrive early at the reception venue and check all is ready for the arrival wedding party
  
  
• Receive and escort the Bride and Bridegroom on arrival
  
  
• Greet your guests and direct them to reception drinks
  
  
• Arrange the receiving area for gifts
  
  
• Liaise with your photographer and if hired your videographer
  
  
• Arrange the receiving line and announce your guests
  
  
• Call your guests to dinner
  
  
• Announce the entry of the Bride and Bridegroom into the Banquet
  
  
• Say grace, if required
  
  
• Arrange the signing of the guest book
  
  
• Look after those guests with special dietary requirements
  
  
• Announce speeches
  
  
• Arrange cake cutting ceremony
  
  
• Escort Bride and Bridegroom from the banquet
  
  
• Greet your evening guests
  
  
• Start the dancing
